      No final oral exams held - no classes in session

      Inabsentia deadline to submit final copies ready to be bound

Doctoral candidates and Supervising Professors should arrive at 12:15 p.m.

Immediately following the ceremony the President will host a wine and cheese reception for graduates and guests.

    REGALIA

    Cost: $171.00 plus tax -> $94.00-tam, $77 -gown rental

    • Return gowns to bookstore representative at hooding ceremony.
    • November 21, 2008 - Deadline for regalia orders at bookstore
    • After November 21 until December 12 - $20 additional late fee
    • After December 12 until 10 a.m., December 16 - $50 additional late fee
    • NO ORDERS TAKEN AFTER 10 A.M. - DECEMBER 16
          • Doctoral candidates attending both hooding and commencement ceremonies may return regalia after commencement for no extra charge
