Online Training

Element K provides online training courses, consulting, and other services for large companies and universities. We've chosen them to provide our new set of online training courses, so that we can provide an even wider array of training, available whenever you have the time to access it. Faculty and Full-time Staff are eligible to access the training site; just follow the instructions below.
Note: we will no longer offer instructor-led training classes in the course subjects offered online.

How to request access:

  1. Please click here to see the course listing at Element K's webpage, then click the "expand all" button.
  2. Call the Help Desk at ext. 2911 and ask for an access key to the Element K training website. The key will be emailed to you within 3 days. If not, please call the Help Desk back to find out the status of your key.
  3. Once you have the key, go to http://www.elementk.com/login.asp, and enter your access key on the right side of the page where it says "Access Key Enrollment"
  4. Fill out your personal information in the form where asked, and create your own username and password.
  5. That's it! Your access to the training site will last through August 15, 2009, or until you leave UT Dallas, whichever comes first.
